In addition to the resources Church of the Redeemer can provide, we encourage use of other resources to assist in your growth in Christ. Here are some resources we recommend for use:

 

Evangelical Covenant Church Resources

The ECC provides many print publications, news, and informational blogs, along with detailed information about the church and her mission. You can find many resources here, and subscribe to publications here.

 

 

Bible Reading Plans

YouVersion is a free Bible application for your phone, tablet, and computer. It is simple, ad-free, and brings God's Word into your daily life.
Biblica translates and publishes the Bible in dozens of languages, and also provides many different reading plans, including a 365-Day Reading Plan.
EXAMEN.me is a web site that allows you to do daily meditation on scripture, pray, and journal all of your reflections. An account is required.

 

Contemporary Daily Devotionals

Our Daily Bread is a daily devotional published by RBC Ministries to help readers spend time each day in God’s Word. It is is distributed via print, large-print, radio, podcast, email, rss and mobile formats, in more than 40 languages around the world.
Purpose Driven Life - Daily Hope is a daily devotional by Pastor Rick Warren, founder and senior pastor of Saddleback Church, in Lake Forest, California, and author of the devotional The Purpose Driven Life.
The Catch is delivered every weekday and is written by John Fischer, formerly the writer for the Purpose Driven Life daily devotionals.
Crosswalk provides daily devotionals and Christian devotions for Bible study from various pastors & teachers.
Literature Ministries International has 2 different devotionals for subscription; one by retired business man Edward Powell, and the other by Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones.

 

 

Daily Meditation and Prayer

Fr. Richard Rohr has daily meditations through the Center for Action & Contemplation to which you can subscribe. He is a globally recognized ecumenical teacher bearing witness to the universal awakening within Christian mysticism and the Perennial Tradition.
ExploreFaith provides fixed hour prayers and meditation with art, music, poetry and reading.

 

Liturgically-oriented Resources for Daily Prayer

The Church of England provides resources for daily prayer cycles which are liturgically-based, from the Book of Common Prayer (traditional) and Common Worship (contemporary). They also have apps for Android and Apple devices here.
Mission St. Clare has been an online source for the Daily Office since 1995, presenting services of Morning and Evening Prayer, Noonday Prayer, Compline, and Devotions for individuals and families. They also have apps available for download.
